Delete in the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Nuria: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the steps.

Submit a Deletion Request
Use the form below to submit a formal account deletion request. Please provide the email address linked to your Nuria account.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

- All your account data and preferences will be permanently removed.
- Your reflection history will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- If you have an active Barakah subscription, please cancel it via your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account — we are unable to issue refunds for remaining subscription time.
- Standard accounts may be recreated at any time. Barakah access does not transfer to new accounts.
What Happens Next
After we receive your request:
- We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
- During this period, you can cancel the deletion request by contacting hello@oakdev.app.
- After 30 days, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- Some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for statistical purposes only.
